1) We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please email us if you have any problems with your order.

2) We ship to the address provided at checkout so please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS before placing an order. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of customer.

3) If one of our products breaks within 30 days from purchase date, we will be happy to replace with the exact same item that was originally purchased. Within the first 30 days from purchase date, please email us a picture of the damaged item to stampedejewelry@gmail.com AND complete our Replacement Request Form (link below).

4) If one of our products breaks within 31-60 days from purchase date, we will be happy to provide you a 50% discount on the exact same item that was originally purchased. Within the first 60 days from purchase date, please email us a picture of the damaged item to stampedejewelry@gmail.com AND complete our Replacement Request Form (link below). After 60 days from purchase date, we will not provide any discount or replacement of products.
